Yes, those oh so wonderful rules!1. You must be a fan of the show Boy Meets World (of course)!
2. You don't have to have a site to join, just a valid email address & you must provide a country.
3. If you do have a site and provide the url, you must put up a code, remember, you can make your own and submit it to me!
4. No sites that are illegal/racist/pornographic/adult will be linked by this site, you can be added to the list with your email/country, but not site.
5. Please provide a "Decent" name, no names like Princess593....some kind of name, even if its not your actual name, something ...decent.
